Vacuum washing plants

Description

The plant allows the degreasing of metallic unfinished products, using chlorinated solvents, in a closed circuit without solvent emissions outside because it operates under vacuum.

Solvent consumption, in the plant management economy, is therefore irrelevant. The plant for its qualities has found its most effective application in the degreasing of heat exchangers for the conditioning and refrigeration industry, using percloroethylene as a solvent.

Due to its features, however, it is possible to use other types of solvent, such as those recently marketed with high flash-points.

The average time of one cycle is 45-50 minutes and the degree of obtainable cleaning is much higher than required by DIN 8964, A2 ( dry residue ≤ 60 mg/mq, oily residue ≤ 40 mg/mq ).

Emissions into the atmosphere and work environment are largely within the limits set by the current Italian legislation and the recently issued European VOC Directive.
